It has been a long recovery from relocating our home and re-establishing my nursery. I never expected it to take this
long but moving is much harder than I remember and finding things afterwards....impossible. :)

As always my photos are shot in natural daylight which changes constantly during the hours of photo shooting.

~Some Details~
|
My artist pigments are applied one thin layer at a time then carefully heated. This assures the coloring is fully absorbed into the vinyl
before the next layer goes on. My process achieves the depth of "real skin" and captures delicate veins
and capillaries as you would see on a real baby.
Each of my creations begin with a fresh, new color palette unique to them.
Maggie's fingers and toes have been "manicured" and sealed with a matte finish to prevent wear.
Every baby must be allowed to "breathe" but I do not cut into the vinyl as it can compromise the integrity
of the face. I carefully shade the nostrils to give them depth and realism.
Another combination of pigments is used to give the final touch to the baby's lips and mouth.
I seal this with a matte finish to assure a lasting non-fading color.

Maggie is a sleepy girl. She has been meticulously rooted with premium dark brown mohair. Her hair and wispy eyelashes have
been securely sealed from the inside.

Maggie has a weighted,soft, doe suede body inside of her full vinyl body.
Full limbs allow Maggie to wear a variety of clothing
for any season and pose for the cutest pictures!
All of my babies are weighted appropriate to their size with sealed glass beads
and hypoallergenic polyfill.
